• Following any transfer we would respond proactively to evolving pupil needs and school circumstances. Any future adjustments would always be handled sensitively, transparently, and with full consultation, prioritising fairness and respect for staff throughout.
• Existing contractual terms and conditions, including permanent retention of fee discounts, will remain in place for staff who choose to transfer, except for any adjustments mutually agreed prior to transfer.
• However, we appreciate and respect that some staff may choose alternative paths due to the current uncertainty, and we are committed to supporting and honouring those choices.

Support and Respect for Staff

We are sure many feel they are caught in the crossfire, grappling with significant feelings of guilt about potentially leaving pupils they deeply care for. We understand that many staff members currently have limited options, and we want to express clearly that we deeply value their dedication, commitment, and ongoing support to pupils during this uncertain and challenging time.
• We encourage all readers to remember that staff also need security, transparency, and answers just as parents do. Staff have their own financial commitments and responsibilities, which is why we have been clear from the outset that any staff transferred would do so willingly, without expectations or judgments.
• We understand and support that individual staff members may need to make immediate or near-term decisions based on their personal circumstances, financial commitments, and need for certainty. These personal choices are entirely understood, respected, and supported by all involved.
